Preorder Info
When will preorders be ready for pickup or be shipped?

We do our best to get preorders ready or shipped by release day however there are times when we do not recieve them on time. In the event this happens you will be notified asap.
Otherwise preorders are ready for pickup on release day. You will be notified via email that your pickup is ready.
Shipped preorders will ship release day or the day prior if our store has recieved it. You will receieve an updated email with tracking once your item ships. Shipment times vary based on option selected but is generally 4-6 business days. Your tracking info will provide expected delivery times.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds on preorders. At the time of purchase we adjust our order quanity to relfect your request.
What if my book is damaged in shipping?

We package all of our books very carefully in bubble wrap and label boxes as fragile, however at times things happen. We ask that you notify us within 24 hours of any damaged items that is not due to carrier (box) damages. If the book(s) were damaged by the carrier you will need to submit a claim directly with the carrier.
